MarineFish.com.au ships Monday - Thursday ( Zone 1 ) and Wednesdays ( Zone 2 ) unless notified otherwise.
Once an order is packed and ready for shipping, you will be notified via SMS and/or email, providing you with a tracking number.
Orders placed with AAE or TOLL ( interstate ) require pickup from your specified airport selected on your order.
MarineFish.com.au take no responsibility for wrong airport selection or for orders being left at airport.
It is important you ensure you arrive at local airport in time to pick up your shipment.

If ordered livestock is not in good health or MarineFish.com.au feel it will not ship well, and no more of the requested livestock are in stock, then a store credit will be given equal to the purchase amount, or in cases where the whole order cannot be processed, a refund or store credit will be offered to use anytime throughout MarineFish.com.au.
Live rock will be charged at a per kilo rate based on your zone and is not included in the Zone 1 and 2 flat rates.
Given the perishable nature of live fish, packaging and shipping procedures, please choose carefully as MarineFish.com.au
cannot accept returns for live fish.
Despite our best efforts, and at times due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier and airline delays, Fish mortality may occur. MarineFish.com.au cannot guarantee the live arrival of your fish, when couriers or airline’s are late. Customers who purchase these (perishable) fish do so at their own risk.
MarineFish.com.au will not accept any Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims including those lodged via PayPal. Please note that Freight, and shipping costs are Non-Refundable and cannot be claimed.
In purchasing using PayPal you agree to the Returns and Shipping Policies listed on MarineFish.com.au.
In a case where you feel there has been a cause for a dispute, please contact MarineFish.com.au first to allow time for us to resolve this matter.
PayPal disputes should not be lodged for DOA livestock or livestock that die after delivery as specified by our returns policy.
PayPal payments will be shipped the same day as all other payments unless specified otherwise.
MarineFish.com.au reccomend ALL Livestock be quarantined in a seperate tank for AT LEAST 3 weeks prior to putting in their new home with other fish.
All Marine Fish are quarantined for at least 7 days prior to sale.
If any noticable signs of damage or illness are discovered on arrival, please let MarineFish.com.au know asap.
All livestock are checked over for marks and disfigurements before shipping.
If we feel a fish is not healthy, we will not ship and will offer a store credit or a refund of that specific fish.
This does not apply to livestock damaged in transit.
